Investment loan
PURPOSE Investment loan completing your own sources, co-financing your own contribution component
CRITERIA
  • Financing up to 100% of the amount of eligible expenses for your own contribution.
  • The financing currency is RON or EUR.
  • The credit period is of maximum 10 years. This period is established depending on the type of investment project and on the customer’s repayment capacity.
  • The grace period is of maximum 36 months, correlated with the execution period of the financed project.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible and include collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), personal guarantees and guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements.
  • The reimbursement shall be established in strict correlation with the project implementation stages.

 

Support loan
PURPOSE Loan destined to pre-financing the non-reimbursable funds of the project with the European funds component
CRITERIA
  • Financing of up to 100% of the value of the approved European grant
  • The financing currency is RON or EUR.
  • The credit period is of maximum 3 years. It is established depending on the execution period of the project, correlated with the payment period of the non-reimbursable funds.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible and include collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), personal guarantees, and guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements.
  • The reimbursement shall be established in strict correlation with the dates set for the reception of the non-reimbursable funds.

 

Letter of guarantee for down payment recovery
PURPOSE The bank guarantees the recovery of the down payment granted by the Management Authority if the beneficiary fails to fulfil its obligations
CRITERIA
  • Guaranteeing up to 100% of the down payment amount granted by the Management Authority.
  • The financing currency is RON or EUR.
  • The guarantee period shall last during the project implementation period, until the full justification of the down payment received.

 

Additional loan
PURPOSE Loan for financing the non-eligible expenses of projects with the European funds component
CRITERIA
  • Financing up to 75% of the total value of the non-eligible expenses of the project.
  • The financing currency is RON or EUR.
  • The credit period is of maximum 5 years.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible and include collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), personal guarantees, and guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements.
  • The reimbursement shall be established in strict correlation with the project implementation stages.

 

Credit line
PURPOSE Financing the necessary working capital following the implementation and performance of the investment project
CRITERIA
  • The financing depends on the need generated by the project implementation.
  • The financing currency is RON or EUR.
  • The credit period is of maximum 12 months, with possibility of renewal.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible and include collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), personal guarantees and guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements.

PURPOSE The bank expresses its availability to analyse the possibility of pre-/co-financing the project with European funds component
