Investment loan
PURPOSE Investment loan for financing/co-financing investments, by completing the own sources and/or the attracted ones, including by means of financing programmes with European funds component
CRITERIA
  • The credit period is of maximum 20 years. This period is established depending on the type of investment project and on the customer’s repayment capacity.
  • The grace period is of maximum 36 months.
  • The guarantees can be:
    • The own income estimated to be received in the local budget during the credit period;
    • Letters of guarantee issued by financial institutions accepted by the bank;
    • Other collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), accepted by the bank.

 

Support loan
PURPOSE Short/medium-term revolving investment loan for financing the payment gap between the eligible expenses made and the European grant received
CRITERIA
  • The credit period is of maximum 48 months. It is established depending on the execution period of the investment project.
  • The guarantees can be:
    • The own income estimated to be received in the local budget during the credit period;
    • Letters of guarantee issued by financial institutions accepted by the bank;
    • Other collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), accepted by the bank.

 

Investment line / credit
PURPOSE Medium/long-term investment loan for financing a local investment programme (one or more investment projects, including projects with European funds component)
CRITERIA
  • The credit period is of maximum 20 years.
  • The period of use is of maximum 4 years, correlated with the project implementation period, the facility being revolving. After the completion of this period, depending on the customer's choice, the outstanding facility turns into:
    • Investment loan with monthly/quarterly/bi-annual repayments, and/or
    • Bonds issue
  • The guarantees can be:
    • The own income estimated to be received in the local budget during the credit period;
    • Letters of guarantee issued by financial institutions accepted by the bank;
    • Other collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), accepted by the bank.
