EUROBRD AGRI Investments
PURPOSE: Investment loan completing the own sources for co-financing the “own contribution" component, necessary to obtaining the financing through European post-accession funds, for eligible projects included in the National Rural Development Programme (NRDP) or in the Operational Programme for Fisheries (OPF)
ADVANTAGES
  • Financing up to 100% of the amount of eligible expenses for the own contribution.
  • The financing currency is RON.
  • The credit period is of maximum 10 years. This period is established depending on the type of project and on the customer’s repayment capacity.
  • The grace period is of maximum 36 months, correlated with the execution period of the financed project.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible, so that the customer may guarantee up to 50% of the loan amount with the financed project. The difference up to 100% can be covered by collaterals, personal guarantees, bank guarantee, or guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements (FGCR and FNGCIMM).
  • The reimbursement shall be established in strict correlation with the project implementation stages and with the applicant’s reimbursement capacity.

 

EUROBRD AGRI Support
PURPOSE: Loan for financing the payment gap between the payments to suppliers of equipment/services under the project and the amounts received from APDRP (Payment Agency for Rural Development and Fishing)
ADVANTAGES
  • Financing of up to 100% of the value of the approved European grant.
  • The financing currency is RON.
  • The credit period is of maximum 3 years. It is established depending on the execution period of the project, correlated with the payment period of the non-reimbursable funds.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible, and include collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), personal guarantees and guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements (FGCR, FNGCIMM).
  • The reimbursement shall be established in strict correlation with the schedule of receipt of the non-reimbursable funds.

 

EUROBRD AGRI Additional Loan
PURPOSE: Loan for financing the non-eligible expenses of the project with the post-accession European funds component
ADVANTAGES
  • Financing up to 75% of the total value of the non-eligible expenses of the project.
  • The financing currency is RON.
  • The credit period is of maximum 3 years.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible and include collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), personal guarantees and guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements (FGCR, FNGCIMM).
  • The reimbursement shall be established depending on the customer’s reimbursement capacity.

 

EUROBRD AGRI Credit Line
PURPOSE: Loan for financing the necessary working capital
ADVANTAGES
  • Financing adapted to the customer's needs.
  • The financing currency is RON.
  • The credit period is of maximum 12 months.
  • The guarantees accepted by the bank are flexible and include collaterals (such as mortgage, pledge), personal guarantees and guarantees issued by the Guarantee Funds with which BRD has entered into agreements (FGCR, FNGCIMM).

 

Letter of guarantee for down payment recovery
PURPOSE: The bank offers a letter of guarantee for the restitution of the down payment, in favour of APDRP, for a period of maximum 36 months, representing 110% of the down payment value requested from APDRP

 

Letter of Intent / Comfort
PURPOSE: The bank expresses its availability to analyse the possibility of pre-/co-financing the project with the European funds component
