Funds from EBRD can be sources for pre- and co-financing, under profitable conditions, the projects with the non-reimbursable European funds component, but also alternative financing sources for the projects which are not eligible for financing from structural funds.

BRD supports the Romanian companies, authorized individuals and liberal professions offering advantageous loans from sources made available by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), through the SME and Corporate Facility.

Besides the EUROBRD loans designed for sustaining projects with the non-reimbursable European funds component, since April 2010, BRD also included in the credit offer for SMEs loans for co-financing investments with a non-reimbursable source granted by the Ministry of Public Finance, as De Minimis Aid.

Specially designed for the legal persons having registered for the Trade-in programme “Rabla” for motor vehicles or tractors, the BRD investment loan is aimed at supporting customers wishing to renew their motor vehicle fleet.
